Delivery Information
Delivery timeframes are live estimates at the time of ordering and may change. If you’ve already placed an order, please refer to your shipping confirmation email for your specific delivery timeframe and tracking link.
THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a second email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped from our warehouse. Please keep an eye on your junk or spam folder, as emails can sometimes end up there.
- All delivery timeframes start from the day after you place the order unless specified.
- Gift Card purchases don’t count towards qualifying for a free shipping threshold.
- Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to Military Addresses in EU countries.
- In the unlikely event that you don’t receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe, or your order is damaged when it arrives, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
All delivery times are 7-15 days.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
- Delivery times may vary during sales or holiday periods.
- If applying a discount code takes your order total below the free shipping threshold, free delivery will no longer apply.
- You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
- Customs charges may apply depending on your location.
ORDER MARKED AS DELIVERED, BUT HASN’T ARRIVED?
If your tracking says your order has been delivered but you’ve not received it, try the following:
- Double-check safe places around your property
- Ask a neighbour or building manager in case it was left with them
- Contact the courier directly to request delivery confirmation or proof of drop-off
If you’re still unable to locate your order after following these steps, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
